American Steel Carport’s products are engineer certified to meet your state codes (except hunting blinds). Any other requirements such as “extra snow load baring weight and wind load resistance” can be met with engineer certification “upon customer’s request”. Customized buildings are always welcomed. We also provide generic plans at no extra charge on most standard buildings.

Paint Colors:

You can make your Steel Structure unique with the following UPGRADES: 

26 Gauge Paneling Available

  • 0.48 mm thick. It is a great option to add extra heavy-duty coverage from snowfall, ice, and hail. The extra thickness definitely gives our customers a peace of mind during unforeseen weather. 26 Gauge sheet panels are available on special orders. Restrictions apply.

12 Gauge Tubing Available

  • 2-1/4” thick. It comes with a 20 year limited warranty on rust through of framing assuming normal user care and maintenance. See contract for details.

Roof Style Options

  • Upgrade to our residential style roofs; A-Frame Horizontal or A-Frame Vertical

3:12 Pitch

  • Roof pitch refers to the amount of rising a roof has. All our metal structures come with a 3:12 pitch. Our roof pitch can always be changed according to your needs.

  • Depending on the type of unit you get (height, width, and enclosure type) the brace size will vary to keep your building strong and stable.
